By downloading, installing, or using Nexus Chart AI: Chart Analysis ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans to access premium features:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies.

The analyses and recommendations provided are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by the App.
Trading and investing involve risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
